This panoramic flat is located in the centre of the small village of Massa (in Massa e Cozzile - PT), only 4 km from Montecatini terme.
A very spacious interior, renovated in Tuscan style, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room with dining area and fireplace and overlooking the terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful panorama.
It is a Tourist Lease, these are the rules:
- you must check-in online for all participants, which you will receive by email;
- you must sign the rental contract, which you will receive at the end of the check-in procedure
- you must show your documents for identity verification.
- The reception is done with a host and it is therefore essential to agree on the time in good time. For arrivals outside the indicated times, it will be necessary to agree with the host and pay a supplement of 35€.
- It is important to handle the rubbish according to the host's instructions. If you are not able to handle the rubbish correctly on departure, please inform the host. If rubbish bags are found in the house during cleaning, a penalty of 50€ may be charged.

Massa, in the hills a few kilometres from Montecatini Terme, is perhaps among the oldest fortified centres in the Valdinievole. The medieval atmosphere that characterises it together with the landscapes it offers make it a particularly attractive place. Together with Cozzile, they form the municipality of the same name. The two centres are quite distinct, but linked by an ancient Roman road that is still passable.
