It is just a short distance from the center of Gressoney Saint Jean and the Weissmatten slopes of the Monterosa Ski area.
On the ground floor of the apartment there is a large living area with an open floor plan kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a walk-in closet. Upon entering you have the walk-in closet on the left and the bathroom with shower and ventilation system (no window). The corner kitchen is complete with induction burners, hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, combination microwave, kettle, and toaster. In the middle of the room there is a large table, and finally the TV area with a sofa that converts into a double sofa bed, a pouf bed, and a 42" television. Large windows make the room very bright and allow access to the common garden. On the upper floor there is the sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2, and finally the bathroom with shower.
A staircase leads to the upper floor where the bedroom and the second bathroom are located. Here there are 2 single beds that can be joined into a double bed, a double sofa bed (for a total of 4 sleeping spaces) and a four-door wardrobe. 5 windows offer a suggestive view of the mountains. The bathroom has a shower but no window. A wooden staircase leads to the loft.
