The holiday flat Gelsomino is located on the first floor of an apartment building with condominiums on the lake side and shops on the mountain side. A staircase leads from the car park to the large roof terrace of your holiday flat.
The roof terrace has a flexible conservatory, which can be completely closed or partially opened as required; with a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. The sunny location close to the lake and beach and the flexible conservatory make the flat attractive for holidays and living in both summer and winter.
The lakeside road is located above the flat.
The entrance to the flat is via the terrace and the conservatory. In the living room there is a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table, sofa and TV with international programmes. The double bedroom is on the right-hand side facing the lake. The corridor leads to the bathroom on the mountain side with washbasin, shower, WC/bidet and washing machine as well as the bedroom with two single beds.
The domicile is located on a residential road down to the lake. You are in a central location and can reach the lakeside path with beaches and numerous bathing opportunities and the small lakeside promenade in approx. 100 metres on foot.
The location is ideal for leaving the car behind. There is a supermarket and restaurants about 150 metres away. The courteous owner lives nearby and is available for questions and requests.
The partially covered and lockable terrace is ideal for storing bikes and sports equipment.
There are public parking spaces in the inner courtyard and above on the street, and garages below your roof terraces.
There are two public electric car charging stations opposite the flat.
