Outdoor living is further enhanced by a sunny patio with serene rural views, a rustic dining terrace with raffia chairs and a brick barbecue for long lunches. The spacious house features a distinctive large kitchen; exposed ceiling beams in a large, bright dining room; a sunlit reading room with double doors on both sides; and a first-floor lounge with TV, card table and huge white sofas. The villa also has five elegantly understated and spacious suites with freestanding baths and some which feature four-poster beds. Two more rooms are located on the upper floor accessed from the reading room. These two double rooms with a low attic ceilings are better suited for young people. A further spacious suite is located in an adjoining room overlooking the terrace. Improvements for this season include a new area, with a 15-square-metre brick construction with an old wood-burning pizza oven and adjacent outdoor space and table in the olive grove. This elegant and timeless house is located just 4 km from the restaurants in the village of Pianella and 10 km from the attractions of glorious Siena.
