The condominium "Stella" is divided into three scales, each scale has a lift and consists of 6 floors, each floor there are 5 apartments. On the ground floor of the hotel you can find a communal area used for parking (not enough for all) closed by a bar, which can be opened only by someone who has the badge.
The building is perfect for family and friends, who like to walk, being located on the main avenue of Lido di Pomposa, where, on Sunday nights you can stroll among the stalls of the market and within walking distance of the beach.
Three-room apartment on the 6th and last floor of a building with elevator composed by living-room with sofa bed and a kitchenette, a balcony, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed, bathroom with shower cubicle. Not enough parking for all units. The apartment is equipped with TV, washing machine and air conditioning.
It is located in the Center Lido and about 50 metres from the beach, great location allows you to spend the holidays without a car having shops and services within walking distance.

The apartment has a maximum of 3 beds for adults and 2 children on the sofa bed.
SERVICES ON REQUEST

ANIMAL HOSPITALITY
Only one pet per accommodation is allowed on request, at a cost of € 5.00 per night. In the event of failure to notify or the introduction of more animals, the Agency may cancel the entire stay at any time without any refund of money.
BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING
Final cleaning by the guest is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure. The accommodation must be tidy and clean (including the removal of any rest of food, cleaning of cutlery, kitchen utensils, disposal of waste, etc.).
If it is not done correctly, a cost of € 90.00 will be charged.
The final cleaning service can be requested by the guest at the time of booking or at check-in at a cost of € 90.00.
TOURIST TAX
€ 0.50 per person for each night up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.
