The Andromeda flat is on the first floor, overlooking the village, and is one of the four holiday homes in the Il Giuggiolo structure.
Il Giuggiolo is located in an exclusive and panoramic position, offering an enchanting view of the charming medieval village of Isola di Fano, in the province of Pesaro and Urbino. Surrounded by green countryside, it is also an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of the Marche region.
A comfortable and spacious living room will welcome you as you enter the flat! There are mosquito nets in all the windows and at the entrance door.
Air conditioning is present in the bedroom and in the living room/kitchen.
The spacious and bright living area includes a well-equipped kitchen and a living area with a comfortable and practical sofa bed, ideal for relaxing moments. The kitchenette is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, electric cooker, electric oven and dishwasher, American and Italian coffee machine, toaster and crockery. A large mirror embellishes the room, giving it depth and brightness, while the floor made of old tiles in warm tones adds a touch of romance and creates a relaxing and cosy atmosphere.
The bedroom, with its 1.80 m double bed, is designed to offer maximum comfort and space, without sacrificing an intimate and cosy atmosphere. Every element has been thought out to offer practicality and refined design.
The airy ambience is characterised by high ceilings with exposed beams and a loft.
The Andromeda flat has a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. The choice of colours and furnishings has been designed to optimise space, leaving nothing to chance! The window is embellished with precious lace and small decorative tassels.
Linen for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, pool towels are available for our guests.
If necessary we have a cot and high chair available, a shared electric and charcoal bbq.
In the garden there is a gazebo reserved for the flat with table and chairs.
Each unit has a parking space, Wi-Fi connection in the house and garden/pool
Small pets are welcome (max 1 per flat), we charge extra for final cleaning. As the garden is a shared space with other guests, the dog must be kept on a leash.
The pool measures 10×15 m, has an initial depth of 0.95 m and a maximum depth of 1.30 m.
Its L-shape is designed to provide a safe, shallow area for children thanks to its shorter side.
The large surface area allows for free swimming, while the relaxation area, with comfortable loungers and parasols, is ideal for enjoying the sun in total tranquillity.
The pool is for the exclusive use of guests.
l Giuggiolo is perfect for sharing pleasant family moments: you can play bocce or giant draughts in the garden.
We are very attentive to the pursuit of agricultural activities while respecting and safeguarding the surrounding nature, to ensure the survival of plants and animals, and to offer our guests products exclusively from organic farming.
Nurturing an ecosystem that includes a variety of fruit trees, olive trees and a small artificial lake not only contributes to biodiversity, but also offers visitors a unique and authentic experience in contact with nature.
The small village of Isola di Fano is 800m away (with a small food shop, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant and bar, ATM)
Fossombrone is 6 km away, there are several restaurants and pizzerias, clothing and accessory shops, supermarkets, tennis court and basketball court. Every Monday there is a market in the centre, with fruit, vegetables, fish both fresh and already cooked, typical local foods such as salami and porchetta.
Villages such as Pergola (famous for the Bronzi dorati museum), Corinaldo, Mondavio and Cagli are 10 km to 16 km away. The city of Urbino is 20 km away. The nearest beach is Fano 24 km away; you can choose between a pebble or sandy beach. Pesaro and Senigallia are both 30 km away. The beautiful beaches of Numana and Sirolo are 90 km away.
