The house has been converted from an old farmhouse preserving its traditional style. On the ground floor are a spacious dining room with living room, fireplace and sofa bed, a separate kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with hydromassage shower; on the first floor are two bedrooms, a bathroom with hydromassage shower and sauna. In one of the two bedrooms there is a mezzanine with heights ranging from 1.10 m to 2 m and reachable via a very steep wooden ladder.
In the well-kept and fenced garden you can relax, read a book or take a refreshing dip in the beautiful private swimming pool, all in complete privacy, while on the porch with table, chairs and barbecue you can eat outside. This is an excellent starting point to discover the surrounding area rich in natural and cultural beauties.
You can choose between a dip in the crystal-clear sea, mountain excursions, visits to ancient villages or simply to admire incredible panoramas, all to give you an unforgettable memory of this wonderful territory. The renowned tourist resort of Soverato, known as the "Pearl of the Ionian", is a few kilometers from here. The sea with beach facilities, restaurants, clubs and various services can be reached in a few minutes by car.
During the summer period the territory offers various events including festivals, cultural, musical and religious events. Your four-legged friends are welcome. Lamezia Terme airport is 59 km from here.
