The Villa is located in a hillside position with stunning views of the surrounding countryside, near the historic village of Ripatransone, in the southern Marche region.
Ripatransone is surrounded by an ancient curtain wall and within its historic centre, it boasts buildings from the medieval, renaissance and baroque periods: the Cathedral, the Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Giovanni, the Palazzo Comunale, the Palazzo del Podestà and the Teatro Comunale Mercantini. The town rises in such a panoramic position as to deserve the name of "Belvedere del Piceno". It is famous for one of its narrowest streets: the "Narrowest Alley in Italy", only 43 centimetres wide!
In the green hills, it is worth visiting charming historic villages such as Acquaviva Picena, Offida, a town listed among the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy, and Ascoli Piceno, where you can stroll among ancient buildings and medieval walls.
The Adriatic Coast is only 10 minutes away by car and offers kilometres of seafront called the "Riviera delle Palme", between the towns of Cupra Marittima, Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto; with beaches of fine golden sand, shallow waters, numerous clubs and restaurants to get involved in the lively nightlife. Finally, a convenient cycle path allows you to enjoy the panorama to the full and cross the 10 theme gardens located along the Riviera.
The Villa, surrounded by a large garden, is located in a panoramic position overlooking the surrounding countryside. The splendid views of the Adriatic coastline, the fascinating view of the gentle hills of the Marche up to the Sibillini Mountains and the splendid vineyards, carefully tended by the owner, an organic wine producer, will remain in the memory of those who stay here.
The elegant pool of brand new construction, overlooking the breathtaking landscape characterized by the typical colours of the Marche countryside, is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas.
At the back of the Villa there is a large area with table and chairs where you can eat in company and enjoy moments of absolute relaxation while admiring the landscape.
The magnificent panorama and the privacy of this suggestive location will allow you to spend a regenerating holiday.
The property is accessed via a tree-lined avenue.
A large private car park is available for guests.
Villa del Sole is an elegant, newly built property that can accommodate up to 14 people.
Furnished with attention to detail and high quality finishes, the villa is arranged over two floors.
Each room is characterised by its tasteful and refined details, while the large size of all the rooms and the large windows increase the sensation of light and space. Externally, the Villa guarantees an exceptional experience thanks to the attractive pool and the well-kept garden.
The ground floor is composed as follows:
- A spacious living area with living room with sofas, fireplace, TV, dining table and a modern fully equipped kitchen island. At the entrance there is also a circular pellet fireplace which embellishes the whole room;
- One double bedroom with en-suite bath;
- One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower;
- A service bathroom with laundry area.
Going up to the first floor with an elegant design staircase you will find:
- One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower;
- One bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the terrace;
- Two double bedrooms with twin beds and private bathroom with shower and access to the terrace.
The large terrace, where there is an outdoor shower, is perfect for having an aperitif while enjoying the splendid view and admiring the sunset.

- cancellation up to sixty (60) days before the arrival date: cancellation fee equal to 30% of the rental price (no refund);
