Accommodation in a small condominium on the ground floor, central but in a quiet location, a short distance (10 min. On foot or via a convenient free shuttle with a stop adjacent to the accommodation) from the Crest cable car of the Monterosa Ski area and from the Monterosa Thermal Baths. Located near the church with shops, bars and restaurants close at hand. Enclosed communal garden available with direct access from the living room. Private covered parking. Ski, boot and bicycle storage.
The accommodation is easy to access because it is on the ground floor; It is composed of a living room with a double sofa bed and a sofa bed, a kitchen area, an entrance hall, a bathroom with window, a small terrace and a practically private garden. Suitable for 3 people, but with the possible availability of an adjacent two-room apartment door to door for another 4 people.
Equipped with a covered parking space in the basement of the condominium with the possibility of an internal staircase for direct access to the accommodation. Also in the basement there is the cellar for storing skis, boots and bicycles.
I will be available via mobile phone, but there will be a person on site for check-in and any eventuality
Through the free shuttle (convenient stop at the accommodation) you can also quickly reach the ski slopes of Antagnod, an excellent alternative in case of bad weather or strong wind on the higher lifts of the Monterosa Ski area.
The shuttle is also available in summer to take full advantage of the wide availability of excursions and walks.
Clarifications:
- Animals cannot be left alone inside the lodge
- The availability of the reserved parking space must be checked at the time of booking as it can be associated with both this apartment and the aforementioned two-room apartment. In any case, free parking spaces are available outside the building
- The kitchen is not equipped with cooking condiments (e.g. oil, salt, etc.)
- The bathtub has a shower
- please wash used pots, plates, glasses and cutlery before leaving the accommodation
- Additional cleaning costs: 130euro per stay
- Period of July and August: minimum stay 7 nights
