In the upper part of Lake Iseo, in the municipality of Solto Collina, in the hamlet of Esmate, is the Villa Paradise, a modern villa surrounded by nature with a panoramic view of Lake Iseo and an adjacent nature reserve. The villa has a usable area of 280 square metres on two floors with a 2500 square metre garden and a 10 metre long private swimming pool. On arrival, the first sensation is one of peace and tranquillity. One is immediately struck by the intensity of the light streaming through the large windows.
Guests have access to: private garden, swimming pool (shared use with the owner) and double carport. Other things to keep in mind The villa, furnished with taste and passion, is full of design objects from all over the world. Inside you will find a wide range of information and tourist maps of the area.
A breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding nature are the predominant elements that impress guests. The villa consists of a large living room that communicates directly onto a spacious, livable porch with an outdoor dining table seating ten and comfortable garden sofas. Inside, the living room is connected to both a dining room with glass walls interspersed with natural rock pillars and a large kitchen with steel countertops.
On the same floor we have an airy passage area from which we access a study/fourth bedroom (without connecting door) with comfortable double sofa bed and a large bathroom with shower. We then proceed to the upper floors via a comfortable and wide iron staircase where we find a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, second and third double bedroom with connecting bathroom. The rooms lead directly to the spacious solarium with a panoramic view of the lake, ideal for sunbathing or a sunset aperitif with friends. The lush nature of the garden and the swimming pool in Nordic wood planking invite conviviality and relaxation. A dishwasher and washing machine are at guests' disposal.
A 10-minute drive takes you to the lake (Riva di Solto), where there is a nice promenade, restaurants, bars and a small supermarket. Nature, sport, art, culture, events, shopping, good food and excellent wines: Lake Iseo is all this and more.
