Villa Il Pino is a manor house suitable for up to twelve guests (in the full version), located between Siena and Florence, with an open view of the Chianti hills. Carefully restored to preserve the charm and grandeur of the past, it still maintains many original elements, including stucco, antique chandeliers and frescoed ceilings. Furnished to offer contemporary comfort in traditional Tuscan style, the villa includes a kitchen, dining room and living room, as well as six air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Perfectly equipped for outdoor living, it has a porch overlooking the lawn, furnished with a dining table, barbecue and seating areas. A staircase with a gate leads to the pool on a lower terrace. The typically Tuscan garden is surrounded by olive groves and offers an open view of the towers of San Gimignano.

The villa is spread over two floors connected internally, for a total area of about 250 square meters. GROUND FLOOR — Entrance; kitchen; dining room; living room with French windows on the back porch; double bedroom; bathroom with shower (suitable for guests with reduced mobility). FIRST FLOOR — Hallway that leads to three double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower; twin bedroom with joinable beds and en suite bathroom with shower; double bedroom with bathroom with shower and bathtub; additional bathroom with tub and shower. A short staircase leads to the upstairs laundry room. Air conditioning in the rooms (portable in the room on the ground floor).
Park:
The private garden surrounding the villa covers about 1500 square meters. At the back of the villa there is a flat, fenced lawn, panoramic and private, with a large paved porch furnished with a dining table and seating area. There is also a barbecue and a gazebo with sofas. A gate from the lawn leads to a staircase that leads to the pool located on a lower level. The parking area is located at the end of the driveway, adjacent to the main entrance. N.B.: Please note that photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located on a lower level, about 25 meters from the villa, and is accessible via a gate and a short staircase from the back garden. Rectangular in shape, it measures 10 x 5 m with a depth of 0.60 to 1.40 m; it is covered with PVC, equipped with a salt purification plant, Roman staircase, internal and external lighting. The surrounding solarium is partly paved and partly lawn, equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, umbrella, gazebo and cold water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
