Surrounded by green areas, the property also offers a beautiful terrace with swimming pool, in a panoramic position with sea view, an area with barbecue for outdoor dining under a pergola. The beautiful beaches of Caminia, Pietragrande, Copanello and Soverato can be reached in a few minutes by car and offer bathing establishments, restaurants, bars, various services. During the summer, the area offers various cultural, musical and religious events and festivals. A small pet can be admitted by arrangement with the owner, who must be informed in advance.
