Villa Vivi' is a modern residence located in the hamlet of Borghetto, on the outskirts of Arezzo and just a few kilometres from Alberoro and Monte San Savino, both towns with all main services. Within walking distance are restaurants, bakeries and essential shops. The villa has been designed to offer a stay with every comfort and outdoor fun. All the bedrooms and the dining room are equipped with air conditioning; in the bathroom of the villa is a hydromassage tub and a hydromassage shower, while in that of the annex is an emotional shower. In the veranda enclosed by transparent sliding curtains guests will be able to spend convivial moments in the cool. Just a few steps away in the garden is a heated hydromassage tub, an illuminated and covered swimming pool with a built-in structure and a large children's play area. Villa Vivi' has brightly-lit rooms thanks to the French windows in the main living area. The strategic location of the property along the provincial road, combined with the orientation of the main body towards the countryside, creates a pleasant and quiet atmosphere, shielded from the noise of traffic and ensuring a comfortable stay despite its proximity to a major road which allows you to quickly reach the most important cities of Tuscany such as Arezzo, Siena and Florence.
Interior:
Villa Vivi' consists of the main villa and an annex. VILLA. The main entrance opens directly into the living room. To the left of the living room is the dining room followed by the kitchen, forming a single open-plan area. To the right of the living room, a corridor leads to the sleeping area consisting of three double bedrooms (one with a king size bed) sharing a bathroom with emotional shower and hydromassage tub (single-seater). ANNEX: A French window opens into a living room with kitchenette, continuing on to a bathroom with emotional shower and a double bedroom. At the back is the laundry room with independent access. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, in the leaving and dining rooms.
Park:
Villa Vivi' is surrounded by a laurel hedge and a fence of about 1.60 m, enclosed by two iron gates, one of which is pedestrian. A gravel parking area, with a charging station for electric cars, is located outside the gate. The garden surrounding the villa, dotted with ornamental plants such as palms, pampas feathers and herbs, is the heart of the property. On the lawn in front of the veranda is a heatable hydromassage tub and next to it is an umbrella that provides shade for two armchairs. On the veranda outside the main living, an outdoor dining aea has been set up while at the back of the annex is a large children's play area (with a wooden playhouse, a trampoline, a hammock, a slide and a swing), a corner reserved for the mobile barbecue and access to the laundry room.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
Lying on a flat surface bordered by ornamental and aromatic plants between the villa and the annex, the rectangular swimming pool, measuring 4 x 12 m with a constant depth of 1.70 m, is lined in sand-coloured PVC and is accessible by a steel ladder. The pool is equipped with a cover, about 1 metre high, with a sliding opening. The surrounding terracotta-paved solarium area is equipped with sunbeds, chairs and benches and is illuminated with recessed spotlights. A solar shower is available. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
