Mamma Patrizia is located in a wonderful position to visit Sicily. It overlooks the beautiful gulf of Milazzo and the Aeolian Islands, in one of the most fascinating Sicilian seascapes..
The beautiful beach of San Giorgio, equipped with deckchairs, umbrellas, bars, restaurants, outdoor amenities, playgrounds, outdoor games... is located about 800 meters away.
The rooms are large and bright, exposed to the fascinating Mediterranean sea.
Modern, elegant, comfortable, Mamma Patrizia spreads over two levels.
In the ground floor we have the large living room, the kitchen, two double bedrooms (one en-suite) and one twin bedroom.
On this floor there is also another bathroom with shower.
An elegant staircase leads to the upper floor where we have another bedroom en-suite and a cozy living that leads to a panoramic terrace, furnished with lounge and BBQ corner.

Right in front of the living room there is a comfortable patio, totally overlooking the sea, ideal for enjoying the breakfast, a good book, a meal or simply... the view. There is a grass and the playground for the children.
An enchanting place that worth a visit is Tindari (14 kms) with its Sanctuary and the fascinating ruins of a Greco-Roman settlement.
Tindarys also hosts a Greek theater where in summer you can admire a performance from the Greek era.
Just 20 km away, right at the base of Tindari, here are the Marinello lakes, mirrors of sea captured from the beach.
The Aeolian Islands, a UNESCO heritage site, can be easily reached from the port of beautiful Milazzo (40 kms).
If you want to discover a true and authentic Sicily, head into the hinterland and visit Montalbano Elicona (30 kms) which preserves one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Sicily (with ruins of a castle).
And if from Montalbano you continue to move in the hinterland for about another 30 km, into an unusual Sicilian wooded landscape, you will reach both the Nebrodi Park and Etna, the highest volcano in Europe!50 kms and here it is the town of Messina. Here worth a visit the so called Punta Faro (at Capo Peloro) the nearest side of Sicily to the mainland.
The motorway is located about 6 km away and allows you to reach Taormina (90 kms), Cefalù (90 kms), Palermo (130 kms) and Catania (120 kms).
