This is also an area particularly suitable for families with children, given the presence of two public playgrounds, the riding stable and the tennis and beach volleyball courts within a 200-metre radius of the house.
Within this perimeter, you will also find several bars and restaurants.

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted, unless otherwise specified in the listing. If permitted, it is available only after confirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable additional cost.
In case of waste of electricity, gas, or other utilities, an additional cost is expected (for example: lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with windows open).
It is the guests' duty to open windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let out moisture from the apartment and prevent mould formation. If this rule is not followed and mould is found upon guests' departure, charges for restoring the apartment's integrity will be applied.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down, therefore the service is not always guaranteed.
The property is not equipped with food products such as kitchen spices or various consumables like shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are to be considered only as a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.
If not previously agreed, physical keys, loyalty card, and other accessories provided at check-in must be returned to the MUSE.holiday office at Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise €50 will be charged for key retrieval.
The final cleaning amount only covers standard cleaning. It does not include dishwashing and garbage removal from apartments at designated points. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, unwashed dishes, and unremoved garbage will be modified with a variable supplement, based on the extent of extra work hours.
