The villa is spread over 4 floors connected by a staircase and a lift. The main entrance is located on the raised ground floor and includes an entrance, a very bright living room with fireplace, a sitting room connected with the kitchen and with satellite TV, a library sitting room, 1 service bathroom.

The price includes the supply of towels, bed, kitchen linen and pool towels (with weekly change), internet connection, the consumption of electricity, water and gas, baby bed and high chair. On request to be paid on the spot possibility of organizing cooking classes, dinners, domestic help and babysitting. Pool heating on request, to be paid locally (400 euros for the first day plus 60 euros/day to maintain the same temperature).

A keeper every day discreetly takes care of the outdoor areas/swimming pool maintaining your total privacy.
The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer up to 4 days after checking out. Charging for electric cars is available on request and costs EUR 30/day.
