The maximum capacity of this house is 8 people, next to it I have another house called vacation home tuscany 3 that you can rent to extend the maximum capacity up to 13 people.
There's no TV, even if you can see it in some old photo. We decided to remove it because we strongly believe that people should focus on something else during their vacation.
Dining room with antique fireplace on the ground floor,
kitchen (4 burner gas stove, oven, refrigerator, italian coffee maker-MOKA), microwave oven,
Double sofa bed and washing machine.
2 Bedrooms with double bed and single beds.
2 complete bathrooms (toilet, bidet, shower, sink), one on each floor.

One normal car parking space reserved in front of the house,

-it's forbidden to cook inside the fireplace, you can use instead the external barbecue, thank you.
-it's an ancient fireplace so a perfect functioning is not always guaranteed because for example windy wheather can result in smoke into the kitchen
-it's not necessary to warm up the house, it has its own heating system
-please do not rent this house if a 100% functioning fireplace is your main reason to come, thank you
