This property is situated in the centre of San Teodoro, just a stone's throw from the centre, so the entertainment, bars and restaurants can be easily reached by foot. For larger groups are available in the same complex two additional apartments: another apartment for 4 people and an apartment for 5 people.
Located on the ground floor of a small apartment complex; It consists of a living room with a kitchenette and sofa bed, a loft with two beds, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The property includes an outdoor area private front, furnished with a table and chairs, and a rear garden with a barbecue joint. Other facilities include: TV, washing machine and outdoor shower.
The Area Giochi is located 15 km away, while Pedrami is 20 km from the property. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is 30 km away. The town center, with its entertainment options, bars, and venues, is just a short walk away, along with all essential services, so you won’t need to use your car. La Cinta beach is about 1,800 meters away, easily reachable by foot or bike. For unforgettable swims, you can also visit Cala d’Ambra, Cala Brandinchi, and Isuledda, with their stunning waters.
